Welcome to Legends and Tea, a space curated by A.M. Portman dedicated to celebrating the magic of storytelling. By submitting your story and details through our submission form, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility:
- Submissions are open to authors of all genres and backgrounds. By submitting your form, you confirm that you are the original creator of your work and hold all necessary rights to share your content with us.
2. Submission Guidelines:
- All submissions must be made through the official Legends and Tea submission form.
- Submissions must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
- Only one submission per author will be considered within a submission period.
3. Content Rights and Ownership:
- By submitting your content, you grant Legends and Tea a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your content in connection with the Legends and Tea feature across any of our platforms, including but not limited to our website, social media, and newsletters.
- You retain all ownership rights to your submitted content. However, you agree not to publish or submit the same content to competing platforms or publications for a period of six (6) months after your feature is published on Legends and Tea, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Privacy:
- Personal information collected through the submission form will be used solely for the purpose of the Legends and Tea feature consideration and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Selection Process:
- Submission does not guarantee a feature on Legends and Tea. The selection of authors to be featured is at the sole discretion of A.M. Portman and the Legends and Tea team, based on alignment with our themes, values, and scheduling availability.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Legends and Tea reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to submit your content after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
7. Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Legends and Tea operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
